HAVING TROUBLE RECEIVING YOUR E-GIFT CARD? (Telstra/Bigpond Email Users)

I bought an e-gift card but haven’t received it — what’s happening?
If you’re using a Telstra Bigpond email address, you may be affected by a current issue where e-gift card emails sent from our system aren’t being delivered. Our e-gift cards are sent automatically from Square (our trusted payment and point-of-sale partner) via noreply@messaging.squareup.com, but Telstra’s email system is currently blocking or filtering these messages.

Please note, this isn’t a Status Golf issue — it’s a technical problem between Telstra/Bigpond and Square that’s impacting several businesses across Australia. Both Telstra and Square are aware of the problem and are working together to fix it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we recommend using a different email address (like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or iCloud) when purchasing an e-gift card to make sure you receive it without delay.
If you’ve already placed an order using a Telstra/Bigpond address and haven’t received your e-gift card, please contact us at
info@statusgolf.com.au — we’ll be happy to resend it to another email address for you.

VEHICLE PARKING?

Unfortunately Status Golf does not have any dedicated parking, recommended parking would be

Canberra Centre Carpark or Constitution Place Carpark.

DO YOU OFFER FOOD AND DRINKS?

Yes, our venue is fully licenced, we offer a small selection of hot foods like Wings, Pizzas, Chips & Wedges as well as a great range of beverages including Capital Brewing Co tap beers, selection of Cocktails and Mocktails.

HOW LONG DOES A GAME TAKE?

Depending on the golfing ability of each player, we would recommend booking additional time on your first visit.

18 Holes x 1 player = 1 Hour

9 Holes x 2 players = 1 Hour

9 Holes x 4 players = 2 Hours

CAN I BRING MY OWN CLUBS?

You're very welcome to BYO clubs or hire ours however if you choose to BYO, we do ask that you clean them before you use them indoors as they will mark and damage the screens.

CAN I SHARE MY GOLF CLUBS?

You're very welcome to share your Golf Clubs within the same simulator however, sharing clubs between simulator bays is strictly not permitted for your safety and the safety of other patrons.

CAN WE USE OUR OWN GOLF BALLS?

Unfortunately not, as we run an auto tee up system so you will likely lose your ball and used and marked golf balls will mark and damage our screens.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

Bookings are essential and walk ins are subject to availability.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FULL BOOKING?

Your bay has been reserved just for you for the full time booked.
Please enjoy your full session booked, we’re unable to reduce session length as we’ve held this time exclusively for your group.

CAN I JUST PLAY THE LONG DRIVE OR NEAREST TO PIN COMPS WITHOUT PLAYING A FULL GAME?

Unfortunately not as the $5 cash goes towards prizes and the cash kitty for the  comps so no allowance has been made for general wear and tear of our equipment therefore the comps can only be played as part of a side game of your visit.

HOW DOES THE PRICING WORK?

All advertised pricing for simulator play and golf club hire is per simulator and per hour, if you would like to play for 1.5 hours then you pay for 1.5 hours.
