How to Enter

Visit Status Golf Canberra or another participating Golf NSW-affiliated venue
Play a round on their simulator or off-course golf system
Scan the Golf NSW QR code displayed onsite to register your details

Who Can Participate

This new format is designed for golfers who enjoy simulator golf and other off-course golf experiences. Open to players of all skill levels and genders over 18 years of age, it offers an accessible and inclusive way to get involved. And it’s free to enter! Simply pay whatever the venue’s nominated round price is and scan the QR code.

Qualifying Period

Qualifying period from Saturday, August 1st to Sunday, October 25th 2026. Visit Status Golf Canberra or another participating venue anytime during this window to get your entry in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the qualifying rounds need to be played on a certain simulator system?
No. Players can take part at any eligible Golf NSW-affiliated venue using the venue’s normal simulator or off-course golf system.

Does the round need to be played on a certain course?
No. Players can play any course available at the participating venue.

Is this a scratch, net or stableford event?
No. This is not a qualifying event, and scores do not determine the winner. Eligible players go into a random draw after registering via the supplied QR code.

Is there an entry fee to go into the draw?
There is no entry fee payable to Golf NSW. Any fees associated with playing a round are at the discretion of the participating venue.
